How long will it take to receive my order?

Each product is custom manufactured when ordered. Production time typically runs 1 to 3 business days, but can take up to 7 business days during peak ordering seasons or when one of our printers is backlogged.

After your product or products have been made, they are shipped out. Shipping times in the US are typically 2 to 5 business days depending on your location. Some of our printing facilities do offer expedited shipping. If this option is available, you will see it offered during checkout. But please note that this only expedites the shipping time. It does not shorten the production time.

Once your order is sent to one of our printers, you will receive an expected shipping date. You will also receive tracking information when your order ships.

If you order multiple items and the production time is different or items come from different printing facilities, you will receive your order in multiple shipments. This way you don’t have to wait for an item that takes longer to produce to receive your entire order. If a shipment is broken up into multiple shipments, you will receive tracking information for each shipment.

Can the production time be expedited?

Unfortunately no. Our printers produce products in the order they are received. So, if you are purchasing an item for a special occasion, please place your order as early as possible.

Why is my order taking longer than expected?

This rarely happens but can occur for one of the following reasons:

An item manufactured does not pass quality inspection and needs to be manufactured again.

The garment or product is temporarily out of stock.

The shipping company is backed up with deliveries due to holidays, high shipping seasons like Christmas, inclement weather that grounds flights between the printing facility and you, etc.

What if I don’t receive my order?

Please contact us and we will assist with tracking down your order. If a delivery says it was delivered and you don’t see it, please contact your neighbors and see if the package was left with them. If you can’t locate a package, the shipping provider can provide the GPS coordinates of the exact location the package was left.

If the package was delivered and then stolen, you will need to contact your local law enforcement and file a stolen property report. Once you have done this, please contact us and we will see if we can assist you in any way.

What is your return policy?

Since each item is custom manufactured at the time of order, we can’t except returns. If an item is defective or printed badly, contact us and we will do everything we can to make you happy. If we can show the printer that the product was defective or did not meet quality standards, we can have them manufacture the product again and send it to you.
